I offer a safe space for you to explore your emotions, life experiences, behaviours, and ways of thinking. I am an Integrative Therapist, which means I am trained in more than one school of therapy. Working integratively means we can work collaboratively to tailor the therapy to best suit your needs.
Sometimes life can be challenging and overwhelming. At some point, most of us will experience emotional and/or psychological challenges which can impact our lives. I am here to offer a non-judgemental, reliable, confidential space to explore the issues you may be having and to work with you to make sense of the issue, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship.
I offer face-to-face sessions and online sessions.
